Convert PDF to HTML via Gmail. This is the only way I know of converting something from PDF into another format. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for GoogleMail in the UK.

I discovered that Gmail can convert PDF, DOC, and PPT files to HTML using its preview feature. It is a simple workaround for format conversion, though regional restrictions applied to GoogleMail users in the UK.
