The first case of hacking under the IT Act has been registered. Had to be someone out of jurisdiction, didn’t it!
Technology sure does give the US an advantage. US companies don’t have to obey French law, but the US can prosecute the French.
Yahoo is outside the jurisdiction of French law.
Remember the US site that lets people auction their votes? Now they’ve moved it to Bulgaria, out of the US jurisdiction. The Internet is truly borderless!
